The Community Kitchen provides a gathering space where all are welcome to prepare food for their community and share their love and knowledge of food. The Bayshore Community Oven is the only Community Outdoor Oven in Ottawa. When oven temperature is highest, pizzas and flatbreads are baked with live-fire. Project Name: Seniors’ Healthy Eating Workshops

The Healthy Eating Workshops teach recipes to help manage diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and other health issues.This group meets once every month to socialize, cook and eat together.

Project Name: The Food Bank provides food service bi-weekly. Some choice may be offered, however mostly boxes are pre-arranged based on family size.

The LunchAbility Program provides outings one afternoon or evening per month that include a meal and/or snack for adults with disabilities.
